How many times have we heard someone say that they’re too old to do something? Getting old is inevitable, so isn't it best we experience something new anyway? A large portion of Westerners tend to retire and end up looking as if they’re seeking back-up roles as Jabba the Hutt. Conversely, many Okinawans retire and begin the next phase of life which usually involves partaking in some kind of physical activity. That’s not to say they weren’t doing anything active pre-retirement. Instead, using that extra time to experience something different. I’ll leave you here with a video which we can all learn from – Just remember, it’s not how old you are, but how you are old!
